News – Club Team Photos (7yrs to Adult – Born 2013 or earlier)

CLUB TEAM PHOTOS

This photo night is for all players in Teams.  Fun Football (7 & 8 yrs), Juniors (9-12th Grade) & Youth (13th-17th Grade) & Seniors (19th Grade upwards).

On:  Monday 27 July 2020.

At:  Bledisloe Park Sports Centre, John Street, Pukekohe  (upstairs).  The bar and kitchen will NOT be open.

Please review photo schedule attached for your allocated photo time.

Managers – Please advise all team members of your photo time.

Coach and Manager are to be photographed with the team.  The club will supply black club polos for Coaches/Managers to wear in the photo.  Please be prepared to change into a polo before your photo.  Please wear dark bottoms – dark jeans, black trackpants or shorts will be great please.

Players are to be photographed in their allocated club playing strip – Nike maroon t shirt, Nike maroon shorts & Nike maroon socks.  No boots or shinpads are necessary.

Please advise players to come with clean legs and knees.  Goalies do not need gloves, but can wear them if they wish.

The Club prefers that all players attend the club photo, but it is optional to purchase a photo.

If your team has a sponsor – the sponsors photo will be taken immediately after the club team photo.  Please ensure your team brings their sponsored club merchandise eg. Warm up shirt, polo, jacket, hoodies, bags etc.

Club polos will be provided for Coaches/Managers to wear in the photograph.  Coaches/Managers please wear dark coloured bottoms (dark jeans, pants or skirt)

The Club will also provide a clean ball to be photographed, so teams do NOT need to bring your own.

Photos Cost:  $15.00 for a named laminated photograph.

Cash or Eftpos or Cheques please make payable to:  Pukekohe AFC

Upon arrival, can your team manager please come to see our Club Photo assistant (upstairs) to collect a money collection envelope.  This envelope needs to be filled out with players name and money deposited inside the envelope.  Please leave the completed envelope with our Club staff before you go home on the same night.

Photos need to be paid for on the night.  Managers can start collecting money prior to the night to speed up the process please.

Please advise all team members to arrive 15 minutes prior to photo time listed above, as we have to stick to a tight time schedule and do not have time to wait for late players.
