All quiet on the website front! The sound of tumbleweeds blowing through the website all summer was too much. I just had to write this post and comment to see if it still worked!

Cicada Website's team are having lots of fun this year. Two newbies, four old hands, a cripple and a dinosaur. We'd be top if we'd won the eleven games we lost.

Just noticed. We're second in the Corners Against column with 54. That's Tom's fault for not keeping hold of more of the 963 shots he's saved for us so far. How's the leg?

had a bit of a 5 aside over here the other day with becks as a warm up before they played syd fc , he may be able to bend it in from 35 out and pin point pass from 45 away but his small field control is crap , he would never have made a roy's legends squad

Sorry about the corners, I blame the lack of gloves..and the lack of boots (and socks) a couple of weeks ago!
Knee's good, meeting the surgeon today and expect to get the all clear to resume trundling around in a couple of weeks.

ooooh... tonite's shaping up for an entertaining evening of 5-aside. :)
Fire and Ice, The Vans and Boro Exiles all tied at the top and playing off against each other. While CJ's get to sit back one point behind and watch them eliminate each other :) (i hope)
Dunno if Cody's team can really be eliminated... but who know's... Nick Ruygrok did it to us last week with two late goals to tie it up... He's one of those "Relaxed Veterans" if ever I saw one!
I think the long standing arrangement between me and nick for the loser buying the beers is stacked kinda in his favour considering i'm the only one from my team who goes in for drinks... Although after a game that exhausting i probably coulda done with those eight heinekens :)
