The men's first team suffered their first home loss of the season at Bledisloe Park on Saturday, falling 3-1 to Waiheke United.
Despite taking a first half lead through Brad Frost, the home side were 2-1 down at the break after conceding two soft goals as half time approached.
Frost's opener came after good hold-up work in the area from man-of-the-match Marc McCarrick as he provided the speedy striker with a simple tap in at the far post.
But the Maroons switched off after getting their noses in front and were behind when the referee blew his half time whistle following a well struck effort from the edge of the box and an easy tap in beyond an exposed Andy Hargreaves in goal.
Try as they might in front of their loud home supporters, the Maroons couldn't recover in the second spell as the visitors added a third goal to complete the scoring.
The loss is the first for the men's first team at the friendly confines of Bledisloe Park after earlier wins this year over Waiuku (pre-season), Lynn Avon, Eastern Suburbs and Mangere.
The result shuffles the Maroons down the Super Division pecking order to fifth spot, six points adrift of leaders Mt Albert-Ponsonby. Pukekohe's next assignment is a trip to Crum Park to face Bay Olympic next Saturday.
Before that match, Tom Cramer's men's reserve side recovered from a one-goal deficit to earn a 1-1 draw against Ellerslie in division three.
The Maroons gifted the visitors the first half opener after a defensive mix-up but held firm before Aydhan Liefting pulled his side level in the second spell. Click here for skipper Paul Coles' match report.
The men's third team were 4-3 winners over South Auckland Rangers with Andy Evans bagging his second brace in a week. Jamie Pegg and Nick Rowe also found the back of the net for the home side.

On Sunday, the ladies' reserves went 2-0 up inside 20 minutes against Papakura and that scoreline was good enough to claim all three points. Jo Wolochaty and Toni Holmes were on target for the home side.
The ladies' third team claimed a point in division five from a scoreless draw with Clendon.
The ladies' first team had a bye and are back in action next Sunday when they host Clendon at Bledisloe Park.
