Conditions of entry for the pukekoheafc.com/BoneYard competition:
1. The instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
3. Entries are unlimited before the competition closes on Sunday 20 May at 8pm.
4. Entry to the competition requires the valid completion of an email containing your name, address, contact phone number and an answer to the question given in the competition details.
5. All entries become the property of pukekoheafc.com. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt. Pukekoheafc.com is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entries, whether caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or delivery. Pukekoheafc.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any equipment or computer network including any damage to participant's or any other person's handset or computer equipment related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
6. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. BoneYard and pukekoheafc.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
