(Bjorn Borg remains my favourite though!) These figures represents the final three fixtures for the Mens O35s league season and  that it wasn't a stroll in the park in any of the games, demonstrates the teams ability to dig deep and kick on against the division's better sides.

The Over 35's took on Beachlands yesterday, knowing a point would secure back to back championships....they did a little bit better than that, demolishing the Seasiders 6-0 to make it 26 wins in a row.

The men's first team got goals from four different players as they took a 4-1 win over Mt Albert-Ponsonby at Bledisloe Park on Saturday while the women's first team dropped points for just second time this season against Papatoetoe AFC on Sunday.

The ladies 3rds took on Eastern Suburbs "B" at Madills Farm today and with a few faces missing for various reasons, three new faces made their senior debuts. Click above to see how they gelled with the rest of the side.

Former professional women's footballer Permi Jhooti was in New Zealand and an opportunity to meet her on Tuesday was taken up by Devon from the 13th grade girls/senior women's division five and Rachel from 15th grade Sapphires.

Sunday was Donna Withers' day at a sodden Bledisloe Park as the first-year player scored the winner in both women's matches.
