Score Cards/sheets must have the following details:
- Your Team Name- age grade and colour eg: 10th Grade Blue
- Opposition team name- as it appears on draw eg: Papakura 10th Liverpool
- Date
- Venue- eg: Bledisloe 3
- Score- eg: Pukekohe 3 Papkura 1. Make sure we can tell which team won!
- Goal Scorers- for your team only
- Opposition Coach Signature- important to get especially if there is any dispute in scoreline
It is vital that all score cards are in asap so that the results can be entered onto AFF website.
Please keep a record of your goal scorers for prizegiving!
