A meeting will be held at PAFC on Monday 7th March starting at 6.30 pm to introduce major changes to improve player development in the inhouse Under 10 programme at PAFC.
AFF will present information on the Whole of Football Plan to PAFC. All members are welcome. Find out about grid training, team leaders, the role of 4v4 and 5v5 ,continuous play, age progressive development, the end of teams as we know them, four corner coaching, moderation of coaching standards ,end of pot luck coaching, removing the burden from parents of team management and coaching, simplification of football organization and much more !!!
This is the most important and exciting initiative in the history of PAFC player development. It is said communication is the beginning of understanding, so please attend, look ,listen,learn ,and ask. See you there!
