When looking at our Google Analytics statistics I noticed something strange. Our third most popular search phrase used to find the website was "Caramel Slice"!!!

That's right, after "pukekohe" and "pukekohe afc", 12% of people who had come to the website through Google had searched for "Caramel Slice" for which the site was ranked 4th in the world.

I tested and sure enough it went to Blair and Tracey's June 2006 article called "By popular demand -Tracey's Caramel Slice".As of writing it had been read 1202 times.

This must be the most read article we'd had but I thought I'd check.

Here are the results.

I was going to do a write up about the Cup Final today. I'd given myself the day off because I knew getting motivated to do anything after the Big Final Weekend would be impossible. But, as usual, my memories of a football match was kind of limited. It was a vague blur of "Kick Off, Goal (Damn!), Goal (Damn!), Goal (Yahoo!), Half Time, Supporters, Chance, Missed (Bugger!), Supporters, Tackle, Knackered, Supporters, Keep Trying, Goal (Double Damn!), Supporters, Final Whistle. Supporters.". So I thought a quick diary of my weekend would be better. Read on...
